Our inserts are made from 3 layers of top quality thirsty microfibre, which will absorb up to 60% more moisture than regular cotton. These dry quickly and can be tumble dried if needed. We recommend 1-2 inserts for daytime use with changes approximately every 3- 4 hours. Inserts are sized to perfectly match our pocket nappies, and will also fit most other brands of nappies.
